Self-Care Routines


As the Holidays approach us we are going to be focusing on the hustle and bustle of the Holiday season. I don't know about you but during this season we are constantly going to Holiday parties, around our family and friends, shopping, cooking, and decorating. Now all of this is wonderful and don't get me wrong, I LOVE this time of year however I also have to remind myself to take care of myself and continue to nourish my body with whatever it needs. This is the perfect time to listen to your body and be sure to drink plenty of water, get enough sleep, and continue on your wellness routines. I decided to come up with some Self-Care ideas for you to incorporate into your routine. Perhaps you don't have a wellness routine that you do on a regular basis, if that is you then maybe incorporate some of these tips. I promise that you will feel better and you will be feeling your ultimate best during this joyful season.

1. Take a bath 
Taking a bath is a wonderful way to relax and unwind after a long day. Light a candle, burn some sage, and kiss your worries goodbye. I particularly love listening to podcasts or relaxing music while in the bath. 

2. Buy yourself flowers


3. Meditate

4. Slow down and be present 

5. Burn your favorite candle

6. Watch a sunset or sunrise


7. Practice Yoga

9. Get a mani + pedi

10. Make yourself a delicious and healthy meal
