November Intentions

Over the past month I have been listening to a podcast that was introduced to me by an old friend. The podcast is called, "Soul on Fire" by Jordan Younger of The Balanced Blonde. This podcast has been one of my main inspirations and I am forever grateful to have been introduced to this since it has been so apparent in my life ever since. Jordan interviews influencers of the Health and Wellness industry, people who have completely transformed their lives, and overall just the best of advice that has to do with everything from good vibes to the best collagen brand. A continuous conversation that has constantly popped up throughout the many episodes I have listened to is the art of writing down your intentions. Although I am a strong believer that your words, thoughts, and actions are extremely powerful I am also a strong believer in writing things down to have them come to fruition. In my opinion there is just something about putting a pen to paper and letting your brain spill out all of your thoughts and intentions. 

Recently I wrote down my November intentions and I was able to come to terms with some of the goals that I wanted to achieve for this month. Some of my goals I decided to write below for you to see but you can also do goals that are super simple such as "Remember to hydrate your body with water." When you write down these goals that you want to achieve you can always look back on a daily, semi-weekly, and weekly basis. This will allow you to reset your mind and your thoughts for  the moment and regroup your feelings.

Moving forward I will be doing these types of intentions on a monthly basis. I hope to hear some of YOUR intentions and can't wait to see what comes to fruition at the end of this month.
