December Intentions

Happy December! 2017 has come and gone and we are now preparing ourselves for the beginning of a brand new year. This is an exciting time because I always like to reflect on my past year, make new goals, and best of all focus on my gratitude.

2017 was a huge year full of personal and professional accomplishments. I was able to grow and begin my development with new lifestyle changes as well as continue to work on who I am as a soul and as a person. I don't know about you but I believe that it is very hard sometimes to connect your soul with your physical state. As we are in this day and age with technology, distractions, and not even counting your ego. I think it can be difficult to truly ground yourself and get back to the root of your soul. Whether this looks like meditation for you or a hot bath with some essential oils and some sage. I hope that you are able to ground yourself and continue to develop your journey.

As I said previously I want to continue to do these monthly intentions where I share a little bit about what I am manifesting for myself as well as focus points that I can reflect back on when I am needing some grounding throughout the month. Take a look below at some of the ideas that I decided to complete and focus on for this month:

Sometimes you may have over-the-top goals that you will consistently have on your intentions list OR you will have simple but important intentions like "Drink your water." This is a huge focus for myself on a daily basis and I don't think that we should forget about the small things.

As the year begins to close remember to not beat yourself up on intentions that you set for yourself or that you didn't achieve or that you didn't follow. Remember, it is a lifelong study to be truly grounded and to not allow your ego to sink in and distract you from your goals and dreams.

I hope you have a wonderful month and I would love to see your December Intentions in the comments below. What are some of your goals for 2018? I can't wait to see what this year brings.
